Technical Support

If you have questions regarding your display, please call (715) 835-9440 or (800) 793-6862 and we will connect you to a technician who will assist you. You may also e-mail your questions to sales@dynamicdisplay.com or fill out the request for technical support and e-mail to us by simply clicking 'SEND'. We will contact you the same day we receive your request.

Warranty Information

Dynamic Displays, Inc. offers a one year warranty (parts and labor) on all displays. If at any time during the warranty period your product fails to operate properly, Dynamic Displays, Inc. will at our option repair or replace the unit at no charge. Repair Services

If your unit needs repair, please contact our Service Department at (715) 835-9440 or (800) 793-6862. We will then issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions. Upon our receipt of your unit, we will examine the unit and will proceed with repair or replacement, as deemed necessary.

Warranty Repairs

We will repair, or if necessary replace, all in-warranty equipment at no charge. The standard turnaround time for repairs is 10 business days after receipt of the unit. All repairs are warranted for 90 days after the date of the shipment or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Non-warranty repairs

If your unit is no longer under warranty, we will evaluate it and estimate the repair cost within 5 business days of the receipt of the unit. We will then contact you to advise you of the estimated repair cost. Upon your approval, we will proceed with the repair. The standard turnaround time for repairs is 5 business days after evaluation of the unit. All repairs are warranted for 90 days after the date of the shipment.

Return Procedure

In order to better process and track all repair inquiries, Dynamic Displays, Inc. assigns Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers to all returned units. Please call our Service Department at (715) 835-9440 or (800) 793-6862 or fill out and send the form below to get an RMA number. Before you call, please make sure that you have the following information ready:

• Model Number or Part Number
• Purchase order number
• Serial number of unit
• Description of failure
• Ship to/Bill address
• Contact name
• Teleophone number
