Return Procedure

In order to better process and track all repair inquiries, Industrial Panels (Dynamic Displays, Inc.) assigns Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers to all returned units. Please call our Service Department at (715) 835-9440 or (800) 793-6862 to get an RMA number. Before you call, please make sure that you have the following information ready:

Purchase order number
Serial number of unit
Description of failure
Ship to/Bill address
Contact name
Telephone number
